The 4th of October 2021 a new office opened up its doors with a blue robot as its logo. Jobilla Spain is from now on ready to serve companies in recruiting with its unprecedented way of recruiting in the digital world. Jobilla Belgium and Jobilla France will Follow Oct 25th. Out of 153 softwares, Jobilla is ranked Nr 1 in Europe and Nr 8 in the whole world in recruitment marketing platforms in the world's biggest comparison site G2. From a company that started 2015 this seems to be just the beginning.

The whole thing started from a regular conversation – as so often most of the good ideas do. Bernhard van Riessen and Joris de Kort were discussing other business opportunities as Jobilla's name came along. It was a value adding innovative recruitment concept that was going to open up in Spain. Joris had already worked in Spain so he had good connections and 23 years of experience in recruitment, and Bernhard had a long successful career of start-up, scale-up, build daily operations and move on.


The Perfect Combination 

They had the perfect know-how for the job and Jobilla was intriguing. Besides, they had yet another ace up their sleeve: they decided to ask another experienced entrepreneur and a colleague, Jan de Wachter, to come along and scale up the mission itself: together they could start Jobilla France and Jobilla Belgium along with Jobilla Spain.

Before summer 2021 they agreed about the initiative plan with Jobilla. To make the final decision they came to Finland to see the company and meet the people. Meeting the owners and the people working at Jobilla convinced the three men to start. "There was really something special in these people", Joris describes. "The owners were humble and listened to everybody."

They launched Jobilla campaigns in Spain to start operating. As we speak, the first days of the new office are behind us and already there is a promising list of new bookings on the way. "I feel very proud opening Jobilla Spain in the middle of the centre of Madrid, a metropol of 5 million people", says Bernhard, branch manager of Jobilla Spain. "At the same time I am very proud to help Spanish companies to grow by finding the right people for them. For Jan, the branch manager of France and Belgium, the opening is still ahead. He is very excited – next week the people from France and Belgium will gather to start things up. "Since the last 15 years I have been hearing nothing but how hard it is to get people hired. Now, with Jobilla, I am very motivated to help people. The 1st contact was already a sale, I have never had this before!" says Jan seemingly convinced about the new way to recruit people.

For me this is really one of The Solutions.

He sees Jobilla as the new way of matching the perfect candidate to the perfect employer. "Jobilla takes away the miscommunication between the candidate and the employer, for me this is really one of The Solutions."

Joris, in charge of the accounts of Spain, Belgium and France, confesses he feels like a kid in a candy store. A week before opening they were still checking that everything was ready for working and decorating the new office. Now it is full of life.


Making Things Human Again

People get a little bit stabbed in the heart when they don't get accepted. That's why we make things a little bit easier for companies and people to speak to each other in a respectful way. The special ambiance of a family-like feeling and the happy energy that circles around the people can be sensed at the office. There is a feeling of doing something good, for the people and society, by connecting the right people with the right job.
