She adds with a smile:

“I even see Rions on my own social media feed now. I never noticed it before, but now it really stands out.”

Jobilla helped reach new types of candidates — especially those outside their existing visibility. Many weren’t actively job hunting but remembered the campaign later:

“Some people skip the initial test but eventually come through the website or just call us directly. They say, ‘I saw your ad before, wasn’t interested then, but now I took a closer look.’ That passive audience is gold.”

One of Lysanne’s favorite things? Simplicity.

“I log in, check what’s come in, and quickly browse through profiles. If someone stands out, I send a message or schedule a call. It’s fast, easy to navigate, and you don’t need to overcomplicate things.”

She also appreciates the responsive support:

“Whenever we need to tweak a campaign, it’s done quickly. And if I have a question, I always get an immediate reply. That makes the partnership easy and enjoyable.”
