Mikko Lindqvist has been appointed to the role of Head of People & Culture at Jobilla.
A leader with a long track record in leadership and people development, Lindqvist has served in a number of leadership positions in different organizations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in candidate-driven recruitment.

"I am professionally trained as a sports instructor and coach, and this background reflects my leadership skills. I continued my studies and received a Master's degree in Health Sciences in Management and Leadership", says Mikko.
In his new role, Mikko will continue to help clients. “The arrangement was made in accordance with my own wishes. I wanted to maintain a fresh understanding of our organization's core mission." It is often difficult for managers to manage and develop people because they tend to lose sight of what matters most, the work itself."
In his spare time, Mikko can be found on the football pitch coaching his eldest son's team or doing sports himself.
