As of January 1, 2023, Jobilla has appointed Monsef Nebelung as the new Country Director for Jobilla Germany. "Monsef has been an early contributor to the development of the German business, and as the business has grown, he has shown his ability to lead a larger unit," says Jobilla Chief Operating Officer Pekka Nebelung.
Monsef Nebelung has a background in economics and has gained work experience conducting market research for a large German family-owned manufacturer as well as working in asset management sales for institutional clients in the DACH region in Paris before joining Jobilla. Therefore, he has a thorough understanding of German market dynamics and has been managing sales at Jobilla for the last 2.5 years.
"I am really grateful for the opportunity to take on this responsibility. I have been in Jobilla Germany from the beginning and have also been building the team outside sales alongside Jobilla's COO Pekka Nebelung. It's great that I was given the role to lead Jobilla Germany. I have an incredible team and I am confident that we will be able to grow even more than we have now," says Monsef. Expectations are high for German sales, which have quadrupled this year. "But this is not where we want to stop," adds Monsef. "We want to continue on this journey and show what this market can do – and what Jobilla can do to this market."
